What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive no later than 3pm. Our ceremony will begin at 3:33pm. More information on our “Details” page.
What type of food and drinks will be served at the reception?
We'll be serving a plated dinner where you'll pre-select your salad and entree choices with your RSVP. We'll have various protein options, and if you have dietary restrictions not met by those choices, please reach out to us directly.
And of course, there will be a full bar with a variety of drinks to keep the celebration lively!
What are your gift registry details?
Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if you'd like to honor us with a gift, you can find details on our "Registry" tab.
What is the dress code?

Will transportation be provided to/from the wedding venue?
For our guests staying in Downtown Calistoga a shuttle to and from the venue will be available. If you're outside of downtown, please plan to meet the shuttle at our main pick-up point in Downtown Calistoga.
What are the parking options at the venue?
Our venue will have parking available. However, we do recommend carpooling. Ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft are limited in the area.
What is your policy for guests (e.g., children, plus ones)?
Due to space constraints, we're only able to accommodate those guests whose names are listed on your invitation. Thank you for helping us keep our celebration intimate!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors, allowing us to celebrate amidst the beautiful Napa Valley scenery. Please consider the weather when choosing your attire, and we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening as temperatures may cool down.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We've hired a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments of our ceremony. To ensure everyone can be fully present with us in the moment, and to avoid any obstructions for our professionals, we kindly request that you keep all phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. We promise to share the beautiful photos and videos with you afterward!
